For most facials, nope! If you're booked in for a peel or needling, we might ask you to avoid certain skincare a few days before—we’ll let you know.
Are your treatments okay for sensitive skin?
Yes—100%. We customise everything based on your skin type and concerns, including reactive or easily irritated skin.
When will I start seeing results?
Some results are instant (hello glow), while others like needling or peels might take a few sessions. We’ll give you a plan that makes sense for your skin.
What kinds of treatments do you offer?

How long do results last?

Yes—everything we do is non-invasive. No downtime, just real results with gentle but effective treatments.
Is laser safe for everyone?
We don’t currently offer laser, but our treatments are all safe for sensitive skin. Everything is customised, so we’ll only use what works for you.
Can you help with eczema or psoriasis?
We focus on treating sensitive and reactive skin through facials, calming treatments, and barrier repair—not medical dermatology, but we can help soothe and support your skin.

How far ahead should I book?
Some spots fill fast—especially weekends—so we recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance if you have a preferred day or time.
Do I need a referral?
Nope! We’re a skin clinic, not a medical dermatology clinic. You don’t need a referral to see us.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes—just give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the spot to someone else. Life happens, we get it!
What should I do after my treatment?
We’ll give you simple aftercare tips at the end of your session—like avoiding actives, sun exposure, or makeup for a day (depending on the treatment).
How long is the recovery time?
Most treatments have zero downtime. If you’re doing something like skin needling or a peel, you might have a little redness or flaking for a few days.
Are there any side effects?
You might notice slight redness or sensitivity after certain treatments, but it usually settles within a day or two. We’ll guide you on how to care for your skin afterward.
